Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with the Marketing, Analytics, Product
  • Marketing, and other departments on documents, pitches, and presentations for the app stores.
  • Operationally manage relationships with app stores.
  • Oversee the technical processes with new releases, updates, and features on the app store.
  • Work closely with the Product and Product Marketing teams.
  • Implement the product road maps and look for opportunities to promote our games.
  • Operationally look after a portfolio of distribution partners (from the “big” global players to smaller regional ones), applying various levels of service to partners and segments within the category.
  • Coordinate the negotiations and contract processes.
  • Work on growth plans for partners and the overall segment as necessary.
  • Drive, measure, and analyze the overall performance of our games in the app stores, as well as the app stores themselves.
  • Measure the success of new game features, both ours and those of our competitors, using key metrics.
  • Identify industry and competitors’ trends, as well as keeping on top of publishing changes across the app stores in order to recognize opportunities to find the perfect content (to potentially include in our games and get featured).
  • Pay attention to the market, particularly with regards to staying abreast of upcoming important dates and occasions, in order to ascertain the best launch dates for new features, build the best possible connections with our users, and make the launch more successful.
  • Keep up to date with store changes (policies, functionalities, etc.) and align them with stakeholders.
  • Report to management and stakeholders on a regular basis about new developments, store changes, and key updates.
  • Align internally with Legal, Product, Tech, and other departments, to lead the execution of any necessary store changes (like Adlabs, loading screens, etc.) by the deadline.

  • Highly organized approach, with a strong work ethic and excellent time management.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).

Required experience
  • At least five years of experience in account management or business development.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the gaming industry.
  • Understanding of the in-app industry and app stores is a must.
  • Experience with account management is essential.
  • Experience in building roadmaps, establishing priorities, and cross-team planning.
  • Knowledge of app store optimization or app store management is a plus.
